Be sure to select the fast track service if you want to receive your report within one business day. Otherwise, select the regular service and you will receive your report within ten working days.
The fast track service costs $25.00, payment can be made by Mastercard, American Express or Visa. Alternatively a cheque can be made payable to Dun & Bradstreet.

What to do if the information on your file is incorrect
If you believe the information on your credit report is incorrect simply notify the D&B Public Access Centre and D&B will investigate the dispute for you.
Notification must be made in writing via the Consumer Credit File Update Form (42KB).
The dispute resolution process:
- Where the information has come from a credit provider D&B will work with the provider to investigate the matter. If appropriate documentation is provided D&B will update your credit file to reflect the change.
- Where the information relates to Public Records, D&B will require you to provide relevant documentation from the court for your file to be updated.
- You will be notified of the outcome of the dispute within 14 days of the dispute being lodged.
- D&B will provide your amended credit file to credit providers that have made an enquiry within the past three months. This will occur within 30 days.
- If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may appeal to the Privacy Commission.
