SME market gateway with MYOB
In 2003 DBA joined forces with MYOB to help SME market limit its exposure to bad debt and maximise available cash flow. MYOB chose to partner with DBA because of its commitment to protecting its clients' brand and professional image. Management tools made available to MYOB customers online include credit checking, business verification and 'behavioural monitoring' services. This enables SME's to find more profitable customers, reduce credit risk, optimise their receivables and recover debts faster.
Western Australian Local Government Association
In 2002 the Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA) engaged Dun & Bradstreet Australia (D&B) as a service provider to augment the Local Government Tax and Financial Services program. The Association has lent more than its endorsement to the D&B service options. In a similar manner to the other partnerships that comprise the Local Government Tax and Financial services program, the Association takes an active role as a partner and administrator. Over the past year D&B has been collecting outstanding rates and sundry debtor accounts for more than sixty Local Governments that subscribe to the WALGA service.
