illion, formerly trading as Dun & Bradstreet, is aware of a current email scam targeting illion customers and other businesses and individuals.
An email featuring illion branding, has been sent from "email@example.com" with the subject line "Imprtant Message – Account Security" and the body of the email asks readers to click a link to access their "account information" or to "change your password".
If you receive an email of this nature, please do not open it and do not click on any links, then delete it immediately.
If you receive something like this and wish to notify us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do not forward the email, we will work with you to securely obtain the contents of it and investigate.
Legitimate emails will not have incorrect spelling in the email addresses and, should you ever be in doubt, you can reach us on email@example.com to confirm if we have issued a communication to you.
