Dun & Bradstreet is aware of a current phishing email targeting our customers. Please see example email below.
The e-mail states that Dun & Bradstreet has received a request for a loan from a financial institution and is seeking to verify your identity. The e-mail provides a link to a fake website, asking you to supply two identification documents. These e-mails are being sent from @my-credit.com.au, a domain that does not belong to Dun & Bradstreet.
DO NOT click on the link.
If you receive this type of email, please forward it as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org and then delete it.
If you have received an email of this type and have clicked on the link, please call 1300 734 806 immediately.
Please note: Dun & Bradstreet will only ever ask you to confirm personal information in instances where you are needing direct access to your own personal credit report held on our bureau.
