Dun & Bradstreet is aware of a current phone scam targeting D&B customers and other businesses and individuals.
Callers claiming to be from Dun & Bradstreet, are targeting people to participate in a “survey” and requesting personal information including name, date of birth and address details.
If you receive a call of this nature, please ask the operator for a reference number, end the call, then call Dun and Bradstreet on 132 333.
Legitimate operators calling from Dun & Bradstreet will always be able to provide a reference number.
Please note: Dun & Bradstreet will only ever ask you to confirm personal information in instances where you are needing direct access to your own personal credit report held on our bureau, or if it is in regard to an outstanding debt.
Our Client Services team will be able to verify the legitimacy of the call, assuming a reference number can be provided.
